We will begin and end each day in circle. Sacred Sister Circles are a supportive space where we can share our experiences and learn from each other in a way that helps us remember we are not alone. - Spiritual Response Therapy and Etheric Healing. DebRa and Tina will work together blending these two complimentary modalities. This will help you release and shift emotional patterns and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. You will be left feeling lighter, giving you the ability to clearly see your own truth and move forward more confidently.
- Gentle Stretch. Mindfully connect to your body’s innate intelligence to ensure a gentle awakening by stretching, moving and centering your body and mind for a great start to your day.
- Holding Sacred Space. Holding safe and sacred space for those in need is vital. Holding space and creating a safe container for those experiencing grief, depression, struggling with unresolved trauma or even a fight with their co-worker, their sibling or best friend takes love, compassion and honesty. It all begins with the space you hold for yourself! Make it sacred!
- Elevate your Intuitive Abilities. Tina and DebRa will lead you through experiential energy exercises and discuss ways you can elevate and expand your intuition!
- Embracing and Trust Your Path as a Healer. Your path as a healer comes with great reward and great responsibility! Each Soul’s path is completely different and no one knows better than You just what that looks like!
Transformative Individual Sessions
Each participant will have one individual Soul Wisdom Session with Tina and Oliver AND one Tune-Up Session with DebRa!
- Soul Wisdom with Oliver and Tina: Through channeled wisdom from Oliver, you will gain insight, understanding and clarity into your life and the path you would like to be moving towards.
- Energy Alignments with DebRa: Energy “tune ups” begin with relaxing reiki, chakra balancing and intuitive guidance from DebRa. These sessions are designed to help you connect with your own Divine wisdom and energize you to step into your own authentic power.
Afternoons in the Enchanting Energy of Sedona
Afternoons will be spent soaking up the healing properties of this wonderous land!
- Sacred Land Journeys: Two full afternoons will be spent utilizing the mystical land of Sedona, where we will consciously explore and enjoy the grounding and giving energy of the earth! You will visit stunning and majestic sites, this land is truly a sanctuary for our Souls. With intention, a sense of adventure and ceremony the discovery always unfolds! The frequency of Sedona is perfect in its orchestration as it assists us in further discovering and honoring our sacred source within.
- Hike and Healing with Horse Medicine: You will spend a full afternoon with Oliver, Tina, Bubba and Luna in an immersive healing experience that begins by accompanying the horses on a hike and ends with gaining their wisdom and healing utilizing Horse Medicine! Horses are natural healers and teachers. They are intrinsically wired to seek harmony first and can immediately detect where our physical, emotional or mental state is not in balance. Our journey will begin on a hike with the herd, where you will learn about horses and get energetically acquainted with Bubba and Luna, your healers for the afternoon! All interaction with the horses will be on the ground. When we return from our hike, Bubba and Luna will guide the session and immediately reflect their offerings on your state of being. Tina acts as a facilitator and channel for Oliver and the horses, interpreting their feedback. We all work in tandem to provide you with healing, comfort, guidance and direction for your journey.

Evenings have been designed to fully unite and delight you!
Enjoy downtime each day to relax, journal, process and integrate your experiences alone or with your sisters in the plentiful; quiet corners of the secluded property while Sacred Red Rocks bear witness and provide solid support. Revel in your connection with like-minded women who will be part of your newly created sister tribe. You will relax in the Jacuzzi, talk, laugh, cry and have a tremendous amount of fun so you leave feeling more relaxed and passionate about your life.

- Fire Ceremony. Underneath the dark Sedona sky bursting with stars, we will work with the transformative energy of fire! Gathering in a supportive creation circle we will release what no longer serves and bring forth from the ashes the knowledge of our true Self!
- Harmonic Alchemy with Valerie Sanjali Irons and Daniel Posney. There couldn’t be a better date than 2/22/22 to experience Harmonic Alchemy with our special guests, Valerie and Daniel! Together they bring their own brand of magic, combining a powerful breathing technique with an acoustic sound healing journey. You can have a myriad of experiences in the sacred space they create! You may feel a deep state of relaxation and peace or deeply connected to Source. You may release stagnant energy that no longer serves you or have visions of your future! You may just get totally blissed out! Whatever you experience, will be exactly what’s needed!
- Integration. Integrating helps us fully grok all of our experiences. We will move you through a series of spiritual, emotional, mental and physical exercises designed to help you integrate the energy gained in and anchor the experience fully into your Beings and bodies! We will then commit to a plan of action to take home that helps you turn your new vision into your reality.

Accommodations:
This property is a perfectly located gem featuring a renovated luxury home, a newly built casita, and a newly landscaped private yard. The Sedona Desert Moonstone Retreat and Casita is the perfect place for our retreat. Between the main house and casita there are six bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms. I am capping the retreat at 10 participants. We will share bedrooms but not beds!
There is plenty of open and comfortable indoor and outdoor living space. Amenities include a brand-new hot tub for 6, patio seating with gorgeous surrounding views of the red rocks, a yoga/meditation area, fire pit, a bocce ball court and more! For your convenience, there is wireless internet and a washer dryer!
Healthy and Delicious Meals
Nutritious and delicious meals will be provided for breakfast lunch, dinner and dessert! Meals prepared for you with lots of love is one of the many ways you will feel cared for during this retreat!

What’s Not Included:
- Retreat Housing for 4 Nights: Check in after 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 20th and Check-out on Thursday before 11:00 AM.
- All meals, desserts, snacks and beverages are included. Meals begin with Dinner on Sunday evening and end with breakfast on Thursday! Snacks and beverages provided throughout!
- Full Retreat Program: Mornings and evenings will be spent glorious time in Sacred Circle with your Sisters. Afternoons will be spent in smaller settings called Growth Groups. Time alone to be is encouraged and you will each have a one-on-one session with both Tina and DebRa

Tina is a gifted and professional Intuitive, Medium, Channel, Teacher, Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Inner Child Advocate! She is the channel of Oliver and a communication bridge between the physical and spiritual realms. Tina's work, one-on-one and in group settings helps her clients understand how to discover their Soul’s intentions and their Inner Child's joys; revealing their own life path. Tina works with Oliver, a wise, loving and powerful guide. Together, their practical, direct and loving approach encourages her clients to create and live the authentic lives they desire. Tina’s passion is helping people awaken to their own spiritual gifts. She fully believes developing a personal relationship with Spirit is the key to stepping into your own power. DebRa has been on her own spiritual path since 2007. Becoming a Reiki master and teacher in 2009 has allowed her to share her gift of holding a healing space in her private, individualized energy sessions for clients. She is deeply connected to Mother Earth and utilizes shamanic practices and techniques when facilitating land journeys. DebRa has been working with and exploring the land in Sedona for over 15 years. She uses her intuitive gifts to create a uniquely personal experience for you out in mystical Sedona, creating beautiful ceremonies and sacred healing portals for those who visit. DebRa gratefully provides strong support for the steps you take towards embodying your own divine blueprint. |
